Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Colombo

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport, where our representative will greet you and transfer you to Colombo. Check in at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo and spend the rest of the day at leisure, settling in after your flight and enjoying the hotel's lakeside setting before dinner.

Day 2: Colombo City Tour → Bentota

After breakfast, check out and explore Colombo's key landmarks including Colombo Fort, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, the Old Parliament area and Gangaramaya Temple. Continue by road to Bentota/Beruwala and check in at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala, with the afternoon free to enjoy the beach and pool before dinner.

Day 3: Madu River → Turtle Hatchery → Water Sports

After breakfast, head out for a morning boat safari through the mangrove waterways of the Madu River, followed by a visit to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery. Return to Bentota for an afternoon of leisure with optional water sports and beach activities, payable directly by guests, before dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Departure

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Depending on your flight timing, use any remaining time for leisure or last-minute shopping before transferring to Bandaranaike International Airport for your return flight.

Do we need a visa to visit Sri Lanka from the UAE?

Yes, most travellers need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) applied for online before departure, and many nationalities qualify for a free tourist ETA. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months with two blank pages, and you may be asked to show a return ticket, proof of accommodation and around USD 50/day in funds on arrival.

What is included in the package price?

Tips, personal expenses, travel insurance and your Sri Lanka ETA/e-visa fee are not included. Water sports in Bentota and any entrance fees beyond those listed are payable directly by you, and the optional Gala Dinner at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala costs AED 670 per person if you'd like to add it.
